1. Shipping locations
We currently ship to US and CA.
If your location is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your region at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated delivery time
For standard shipping within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
4. Shipping carriers
We primarily ship orders using USPS.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:
– Check with household members and neighbors, and
– Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and find a reasonable solution.
